      Before I get started, I would like to personally commend you on taking another step towards enjoying the financial freedoms that could totally change the way you experience life. Imagine no longer having to wish that payday was today! In 1999 I made a decision. I decided not to end up broke like so many Americans. So, I stopped using credit cards until they were paid off. I started a savings account (again). And I stopped living BEYOND my means only to create more debt. IT WAS NOT EASY! But as of today, I’m living the debt-free life that I used to only dream about. I have no doubt that I can show you how to unlock the magic in your money as well and help you rewrite your financial journey.

I am not another rags to riches story:                                                                                        

• I didn’t migrate to the USA, owning nothing but the clothes on my back.

• I wasn’t a high school dropout on the brink of failure and then got a big break!

• I wasn’t born into a single-parent, poverty-status household, and somehow beat the odds.

• I didn’t commit crimes and then turn my life around after spending time in jail

But on the other hand,  

• I was born in this wonderful country and always had more than I needed.

• I excelled in school, graduated with honors and earned scholarship funds to UCLA (Academics).

• I was born into a loving, two parent home, and lived a comfortable life

• I’ve never been arrested nor have I ever gone to jail.

So, what do I have in common with many of you? When I started earning money, I made bad decisions. I didn’t manage it wisely and there were consequences which led to financial setbacks and “denied” credit situations!

 

During a pre-marital counseling session (1999), my Fiancee Donna and I were strongly encouraged to get our finances in order. After trying things on our own, I realized that we needed help. So I enrolled in a Personal Finance and Consumer Credit Certificate Program in 2000. Towards the end of the session, I found myself answering questions that the instructor couldn’t even answer. It was then that I realized I had something special to offer. With my wife by my side, we applied the personal finance principles to our situation and paid off thousands of dollars in credit card debt, voluntarily surrendered a SUV that I couldn’t afford, made arrangements to get caught up on 3 real estate tax liens that I inherited, and were able to purchase our first new home in Eastvale, CA in 2002, which soon became our rental property as we moved on.   

 

I recorded every step of our success and watched so many people benefit from the financial advice that I gave them. I knew that one day, I would create a system to help others realize the financial freedom and 800+ credit score that I enjoy today. Money$martsUSA, a system that combines personal finances with principles of physical fitness and psychology, is the vehicle that I created to help you rewrite your financial story, and produce a happy ending for you and your family.
